Just a short note to convey my thanks for your efforts in facilitating the sale of my (now former) property. Rather than spouting forth with platitudes, I should wish to outline some of the transaction milrestones in a detached manner for the proverbial "WHOM IT MAY CONCERN". The initial establishment of the exclusive sales agency agreement between us was carried out professionally. It was a true negotiation considering my remote location and the fact that we concluded the terms of the agreement before actually meeting in person. At the outset, I consider Robin gave a fair indication of selling price probability, without inflating my expectations unnecessarily just to "get the deal". I believe these two factors set the platform for an ongoing straightforward relationship, which has benefited all parties. Robin appears to research the background of the properties he is selling.
