Just a short note to convey my thanks for your efforts in facilitating the sale of my (now former) property. Rather than spouting forth with platitudes, I should wish to outline some of the transaction milrestones in a detached manner for the proverbial "WHOM IT MAY CONCERN". The initial establishment of the exclusive sales agency agreement between us was carried out professionally. It was a true negotiation considering my remote location and the fact that we concluded the terms of the agreement before actually meeting in person. At the outset, I consider Robin gave a fair indication of selling price probability, without inflating my expectations unnecessarily just to "get the deal". I believe these two factors set the platform for an ongoing straightforward relationship, which has benefited all parties. Robin appears to research the background of the properties he is selling. He demonstrated a comprehensive knowledge of the history of my apartment building, which was verifiable as I am an original owner. The resultant buyer was found after only 3 advertised open inspection days, even though one of these ''openings'' had to be abandoned because of a recalcitrant tenant denying access at the last minute. Throughout the process I was kept regularly and suitably informed by Robin. So overall, a very productive outcome was acheived.
